Pre-treatment of parts to be painted is carried out on an automatic washing line, which uses modern and environmentally friendly materials. Our choice of technology is based on the principle that allows us to effectively clean black steel, pre-galvanized steel, and aluminum. The use of an eco-friendly detergent marks a new stage in separating grease and oil from metals. Powder coating is performed on a semi-automatic line using powder paints. For quality assurance, we are the first in the Baltics to use the Oxilan metal pre-treatment system.
Dimensions of washable parts: up to 3500 x 1200 x 2000 mm and 150 kg. Dimensions of parts to be painted: up to 8000 x 1200 x 2100 mm and 500 kg.
